Management

Pam brings over 30 years of office management experience with skills in data entry and word processing. Her self-discipline, dedication, honesty and good work ethic make her a perfect fit to manage production for our organization. Pam began typing title policies and advanced quickly to team leader and then Production Manager. She is primarily responsible for managing our typists and is also involved in training and daily assistance to her teams. She produces various reports, monitors work volume and re-distributes cross trained employees between departments as needed. She maintains a close and positive relationship with both our internal and external clients.
